Course Summary:We will look at key new accessibility requirements in the 2012 TAS and the 2010 ADA Standards and regulations related to medical care and other healthcare facilities including design, construction, maintenance, operation, and communications requirements.  We will also discuss typical accessibility problems along with common options for solving them.

Course Summary:  We will study Accessible Means of Egress as required by the 2012 TAS and 2010 ADA Standards.  A brief overview of the 2003 IBC Means of Egress will be provided as necessary to understand the requirements of Accessible Means of Egress.

Course Summary: We will learn how to conduct a TAS Inspection, including how to prepare for the inspection, required tools, review process and the mechanics of field measurements.
